Easter with my new BFF

 

Hi everyone! Here is a picture of Riley with her BFF Rebekah. They were born just 3 weeks apart and are super friends at church...Don't you just love their pretty Easter dresses? So much fun to see them interact or rather "explore" each other. Can't wait to see them when they are older...wait...yes I can! Riley is almost 6 months old!! Time goes by so fast these days...

My First Meal

 

Welll...our Doctor's wanted us to wait until 6 months to start introducing Riley to regular food. But, she has shown such an interest in what WE are eating, I thought I would give her just a Tablespoon of rice cereal to see how she would react. Needless to say she loves it!!! I think she was trying to dive into the bowl to get more! Thus, we have continued to supplement Miss Riley Jo with some rice cereal...stay tuned for when we add veggies!!!

My dad had a birthday on the 17th of April. Although we couldn't be there for the fun party (not to mention mom's yummy pumpkin pie...) We hope he had a VERY happy day! We love you very much! Riley Jo can't wait to show her grampa all her new tricks and give him many slobbery smooches! Happy Birthday Dad!

Our dear sweet wonderful nephew Thomas turned 6 yesterday. I swear it was just the other day Angela and Jerry brought him home from the hospital...my how time flies...
